We use a variety of commercial industrial equipment, floor machines, commercial vacuums, floor scrubbers, extractors, electrostatic machines, and more.

We only use chemicals according to approved SDS/MSDS safety sheets.

Wax & Strip Floors

We completely strip your VCT from layers of dirt, old wax etc. then re-coat all areas with 3-6 coats of industrial grade wax. We specialize in colleges from 2,000 to 46,000 square feet.

We clean all furniture removing dirt and oil from regular use and because furniture has different fabric we will test your fabric with a special chemical to see the best method to use.
